Using this module, you can turn on/off valves, electromagnets and other solenoids, as well as control the speed of electric motors via PWM signals. The input and output are optically isolated, the control signal can be in the range of 3-5 VDC, and the board has an N-channel MOSFET Vds 100 VDC, Id 9.4 A.
This board allows you to turn on and off, and control the speed of motors or micro pumps or the brightnes of LED lighting. Input (3.3-20 VDC) and output (3.7-27 VDC, up to 10 A) are completely isolated, PWM frequency: 0-20KHz, board size: 22.7x36.8 mm.
Using this module you can adjust PWM output and let the Arduino drive up to 24 V load, such as LED lights belt, dc motor, micro pump, solenoid valve. Output load voltage 0~24V, output current <5 A (if more than 1 A you'll need heatsink). Dimensions 33 x 24 x 18 mm, weight 10 g.
MOSFET's has good switching characteristics and is widely used to control almost any DC load. This is a 4 channel MOSFET switch and it use the very popular IRF540 MOSFET. It is perfect for switching DC loads up to 10A.
